Photos

The photographs depicting the jewelry may show very slight differences from the products sold.

Price

Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF), excluding VAT (the company Alys Mo is not subject to VAT).

Payment methods

Bank card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay.

Purchase confirmation

A purchase confirmation email is sent following the order.

Deliveries

Parcels are sent via Swiss Post within 3 to 5 business days (if the items in the order are in stock), approximately 1 to 2 weeks for items out of stock.

The delivery times indicated in these Terms and Conditions are estimates only. They do not constitute a commitment. The customer is obligated to accept any delivery of products, even if the delivery is received after the stated delivery date.

Shipping and handling costs

Shipping costs are 6.65 CHF for Switzerland.

For shipments outside of Switzerland

Prices do not include any import taxes or customs duties. If applicable, these charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly by them.

Risk transfer

The transfer of risk - which includes the risk of loss as well as damage to the goods - passes to the customer upon receipt of the goods.

If the customer returns merchandise to Alys Mo, the customer bears the risks until the merchandise is received by Alys Mo.

Back

Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

Items can be returned within 10 days of receipt.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer if the return is due to a material or manufacturing defect. If the return is for another reason (color, etc.), the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.

Returns must be sent with the signature option, as Alys Mo is not responsible in case of loss or theft of the package.

Guarantee

All products are guaranteed for two years.

The guarantee takes effect on the date of delivery of the item, as evidenced by the invoice which I ask you to keep carefully.

The following are not covered: damage due to poor maintenance, failure to follow instructions, or normal wear and tear.

Personal data and intellectual property

The personal data collected is treated with the utmost respect and may under no circumstances be used for commercial purposes, nor transmitted to third parties.

The photos are the intellectual property of Alys Mo, all rights are strictly reserved to her.

Dispute

Any dispute concerning an order, its payment or its delivery will be settled as far as possible amicably and by consensus between the site and the customer concerned.

In the event that this proves impossible, the parties shall be subject to Swiss law and shall refer the matter to the court of Geneva in Switzerland.
